I'm an AI product builder and management consultant with a track record spanning engineering, AI, consulting, and product. I hold an MSc in Computer Science & AI and an MSc in Strategy & Governance, and have applied both inside Tier 1 financial institutions, a Big 4 firm, and my own products.

That breadth gives me a genuinely holistic view of product development - from model architecture to board-level strategy. From brief to shipped
in hours, not sprints.

Discovery and delivery are the same step. Instead of writing a document that describes a prototype, I build the prototype -it is the argument. Teams react to working software, not slides.

Identify the problem

Small and specific beats big and impressive. Define the one question the prototype needs to answer -and who I'll show it to on Friday.

Write the brief

One page: who it's for, what done looks like, what's out of scope. This is the highest-leverage step -it's where judgment lives, not the code.

Build with agents

Hand the brief to Claude Code or Cursor, review the output, iterate. The agent writes the code -I own the difference between good and done.

Ship and learn

Put it in front of a real user, not a stakeholder deck. Kill it, iterate, or hand it to engineering to harden -decided by the evidence, not the idea.
